Prototype Management
Develop prototypes at factories suited for each specific type of footwear
Provide finished prototypes, including required number of colorways
Order sales samples if required
Commercialization
Work with appropriate factories to provide fitting and wear test samples
Proper grading of size run requirements
Interface with factories to follow actual production orders
